Jamaica Relief Efforts
On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, Hurricane Melissa made landfall as a category 5 storm. Jamaica suffered the greatest impact, and St. Elizabeth Parish was the epicenter of the storm and has experienced unimaginable devastation.
The Bernice and Melvin Clayton Foundation, with its extensive experience servicing the Parish, plans to enhance its existing efforts by providing food, clothing and shelter to the many parishioners who have been displaced. The Foundation has well-established service channels and volunteer networks necessary to provide immediate assistance.
